The Brown Dog
"The brown dog often visits Henry on rainy, grey afternoons. Usually he doesn't hang around for long, but this time the brown dog decides to stay, and Henry needs to find a way to make him leave."
This simple, moving children's story beautifully written by Gina Inverarity was a challenge and a joy to illustrate. Released May 2017 by Working Title Press through Penguin Books, Australia.
Illustrations done in pencil and ink wash, with minimal colouring and effects rendered in Adobe Photoshop.
